Project Manager

Two full-time positions available in our Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch offices.
Positions commence 2 February 2026.

Our highly competent, focused and dedicated Project Managers manage every tiny detail of our events.  These specialists have on-the ground-experience with every style of conference and the intricacies of delivering complex programmes. They thrive under pressure, are problem solving gurus and enjoy designing creative and engaging environments to make our events shine. From the very beginning to the very end of every project, they are approachable, friendly and enthusiastic.

Project Coordinator

Two full-time positions available in our Wellington or Christchurch offices.
Positions commence 2 February 2026.

The strength and support behind every event lies in our team of Project Coordinators. Detailed, analytical, organised and enthusiastic, they dot every i and cross every t to ensure a seamless and stressfree experience for all event attendees. Proficient in utilising our cutting-edge technology, they drive communication, reporting, websites, registrations and so much more. From meeting and greeting through to post-event thank you letters, Project Coordinators juggle every event’s myriad tasks with ease and a smile.
