A once in a lifetime event needs a celebration to match! 

A whirlwind weekend of festivities saw past and present staff and students come together to reconnect, reminisce and celebrate 100 years of St Andrew’s College history. 

Conference Innovators came on board to assist with registration management and Centenary logistics. With record numbers expected, it was important that the registration process was streamlined and easy to navigate.  

Utilising our state-of-the-art EventsAIR software, we designed a user-friendly online registration form that captured all the required information – and a paper version for the less tech-savvy! -  while our Delegate Services team delivered prompt and professional assistance with any attendee queries.  

Once the Celebrations kicked off, the College was a hive of activity: the Founders Day Assembly, Highland Games, school tours, film viewings, social functions and reunions, sports matches, a chapel service, the Old Collegians Cocktail Evening, and the school Fete! Our onsite team efficiently processed more than 2500 onsite check-ins, providing a friendly face to welcome guests to the College, answer any questions and point them in the right direction. 

From The weekend's celebrations culminated in a spectacular gala dinner at Horncastle Arena for 1600 guests - the largest dinner function held in Christchurch since before the Canterbury Earthquakes. Conference Innovators took care of every detail of the logistics of the event - from venue and caterer liaison, to compiling a personalised seating plan (a 1600-piece jigsaw puzzle!), to making it all happen on the night.
